Vous avez pris la peine de vous b\u00e2tir une belle collection de timbres et maintenant vous voulez la garder en bon \u00e9tat. Voici quelques suggestions pour vous aider \u00e0 bien entreposer vos timbres-poste.<\/p>\n

Entreposez vos timbres l\u00e0 o\u00f9 vous pouvez contr\u00f4ler la temp\u00e9rature. Id\u00e9alement, les timbres sont tr\u00e8s heureux dans une pi\u00e8ce o\u00f9 la temp\u00e9rature demeure toujours entre 18\u00b0 et 20\u00a0\u00b0C. Les fluctuations de temp\u00e9rature ainsi que des extr\u00eames de chaleur ou de froid peuvent endommager vos timbres. Si vous rangez vos timbres dans des \u00e9tag\u00e8res, placez-les le long des murs int\u00e9rieurs de votre maison et non sur les murs ext\u00e9rieurs.
\nGardez vos timbres l\u00e0 o\u00f9 vous pouvez \u00e9galement contr\u00f4ler le niveau d\u2019humidit\u00e9. Une humidit\u00e9 \u00e9lev\u00e9e est propice \u00e0 la croissance de certaines moisissures qui peuvent d\u00e9truire vos timbres. Exemple\u00a0: il y a une sorte de moisissure qui peut laisser des taches brunes sur un timbre. Un niveau d\u2019humidit\u00e9 id\u00e9al se situe entre 35\u00a0% \u2014 60\u00a0%. Donc, on ne range pas nos timbres dans un sous-sol humide!<\/p>\n

Pas de polluants!<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

Des polluants dans l\u2019air, comme la fum\u00e9e de cigarette, peuvent ruiner des timbres en laissant des taches jaunes et une odeur d\u00e9sagr\u00e9able.<\/p>\n

Pas d\u2019\u00e9clairage direct!<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

Prot\u00e9gez vos timbres d\u2019un \u00e9clairage direct, que ce soit le soleil ou de la lumi\u00e8re artificielle. L\u2019\u00e9clairage direct peut, avec le temps, estomper les couleurs d\u2019un timbre, ou bien perturber la gomme au dos.<\/p>\n

Affichez et entreposez toujours vos timbres sur du papier sans acide. Le papier standard contient des agents chimiques tr\u00e8s acides qui peuvent se transf\u00e9rer sur vos timbres et les endommager. Chez Arpin Philat\u00e9lie, nous vendons plusieurs sortes de pages d\u2019albums sans acide<\/a>.
\nSi vous devez entreposer des timbres dans une bo\u00eete, assurez-vous de ne pas utiliser une bo\u00eete en carton. Le carton standard, comme le papier, est tr\u00e8s acide. Non seulement les substances chimiques peuvent se transf\u00e9rer sur vos timbres, mais des bo\u00eetes en carton attirent souvent des insectes ou souris qui aimeront grignoter vos timbres!
