Of all the celestial constellations, this one is the most difficult to view in the night sky since it is very small and its stars glow faintly. Its star points are said to trace out the crab’s claws.

The constellation of Gemini can be viewed best in the night sky during the months of January and February, but in May you can also see it after sunset. The two brightest stars of the constellation are named Castor and Pollux (or Polydeuces).
