On June 22, 2011, Canada Post began issuing another stamp in the Signs of the Zodiac series. This month’s entry is Cancer, the Crab. Of all the celestial constellations, this one is the most difficult to view in the night sky since it is very small and its stars glow faintly. Its star points are said to trace out the crab’s claws.

On June 22, 2011, Canada Post began issuing a new stamp commemorating the Royal Wedding day of Kate and William. On April 29th, over 2 billion people worldwide watched the royal nuptials unfold from beginning to end.
Signs of the zodiac, Canada 2011 stamps, Gemini
On May 20th, 2011, Canada Post began issuing a new stamp in its ‘Signs of the Zodiac’ series. This month represents Gemini, or the Twins. The constellation of Gemini can be viewed best in the night sky during the months of January and February, but in May you can also see it after sunset. The two brightest stars of the constellation are named Castor and Pollux (or Polydeuces).
